SITZ BATH

How could you not treat yourself or someone you know who is expecting to a Sitz Bath? This wonderful blend of herbs is so incredibly helpful to women after the birth of their babies. I have seen it work so effectively with so many of my doula clients, friends and family!

Wildroot's Sitz Bath works to support the healing of tissues after birth. Our blend of herbs help repair the perineum and vaginal tissues, as well as providing anti microbial properties to this vulnerable postpartum area.

Each of our Sitz Bath's contain 1 oz of herbs. If used twice daily this can last a few weeks.

To use take a quarter size of herbs and lightly simmer a few cups of water with a lid for an hour or so or until the water is darkly colored. The Sitz Bath water can then be strained and used throughout the day as a compress, in your peri bottle, or soaked in pads and then frozen and applied to the perineum.
