Wildroot's Sweet Dreams Tea is a lovely way to end the day. This tea is blended with Local Organic Lavender Buds and Organic Chamomile which are both wonderfully calming herbs that help quiet the mind and bring peace.

We then add Organic Valerian Root which is an incredible sleep aid. Numerous studies have been published relishing Valerian for it's properties to treat insomnia and digestive discomforts.

Combining this with Organic Marshmallow Leaves and this tea is a true friend to those who have trouble sleeping, as well as those that like a tea to gently wind down from the day.
