In this celebration of flowers, workshop participants will bask in the glory and virtues that flowers bestow upon us. We will spend the day together experiencing these delightful beings at the height of the longest day of the year. Most of the day will be outside, identifying and harvesting flowers, and experiencing and discussing the flowers in season. Additionally, we will learn about and make flower concoctions, including flower essences, flower tea, flower petal salad, sample a cake cake with flower petals, and stuffed blossoms. A meal, decorated and infused with flowers of the season is included in the price of this delightful course.
