Co-taught by Leslie Lekos, herbalist, and Janet Michel, acupuncturist, registered nurse and fertility specialist.

This course is designed to apply herbal knowledge to help people in your community through herbalism. It is a practical application course where you will learn strategies for working with people’s health concerns. We will be discussing several health conditions (listed below), diagnostic and differentiation techniques and honing interview skills.

Students will have the opportunity to have supervised consultations with clients with the support of both teachers to gain skills and confidence in working with clients.

It is recommended that this program be taken in full for the maximum benefit since it is designed as a series that builds upon each session; however, you have the option to enroll in a single session. Each class is also a stand-alone class.

Prior herbal knowledge is helpful. Students need to be currently enrolled or be a graduate of our Foundations Herbal Program or another similar program. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to see if it is a good class for you.
