Inner Resilience: Herbal Medicine and Practices for Reinvigoration

Saturday, July 30, 9:30-4:30

Join us for a day of slowing down and inner listening in a vibrant forested landscape. This class is interactive and we will be tasting many herbal medicines that assist in releasing stress and promoting resilience and connection to the land and self. Together, with the plants, we will be working with meditations, journaling exercises, movement and breath practices to invite us into a more aligned and nourished place.

This day-long immersion will be based outside of Bellingham. Participants should bring a notebook, writing utensil, plenty of water and food for the day, a blanket to sit on and sun protection.

*Please note the location was changed due to the unusual heat. There will be no hike to get to the site, as previously anticipated. There will be shade options for participants and plenty of iced herbal teas to keep everyone cool and comfortable. If you have any questions please contact us.

Workshop fee is $125. To pay and register go here.

Scholarships are available for people who identify as BIPOC and LGBTQIA+. Email to inquire.
